Please be aware of any website or company that states that it charges fees on behalf of DCA.ĭCA administers the program in 149 of Georgia's 159 counties through two regional offices located around the state. The Department of Human Resources identifies the target population and refers clients to DCA for the program.ĭCA does not charge application fees. Project Based vouchers are used at selected developments where providers of supportive services focus on special needs populations. The Project Based voucher program enables DCA to provide assistance to eligible families, including the elderly and persons with disabilities, who use a voucher that is attached to an affordable safe decent rental unit. Eligibility for the program is based on several factors including the family's income and eligible citizenship status.
